The 25-year-old Singaporean bodybuilder who goes by @macz3us on TikTok has recently impressed netizens with his bodybuilding achievements.
Women’s TikTok goes viral for bodybuilding benefits
Posting on TikTok on Nov. 28, the woman shared a video clip of her bodybuilding achievements.
She explained that she had been away for some time because her life was “hectic” and she had to focus on her own priorities.
Finally back on the app, she plans to share more videos of her fitness progress. In return, we are all in better shape.
In the footage itself, she’s flexing her arms in front of the camera to show off her impressive biceps.
Viewers express surprise at the ripped physique
Needless to say, with the video reaching 1 million views and counting, netizens appreciated her sharing. TikTok users flocked to the comments, stunned by her physique.
Some users were probably a little too enthusiastic about thanks.
However, some have been pretty impressed with the progress women’s bodybuilding has made.
Her video was only 11 seconds, but it inspired several users to start working out.
A few netizens have also requested that she post her workout routine.
A multi-year fitness journey
In multiple TikTok videos, she shared that her fitness journey spanned at least seven years, and “before” photos show her visibly different.
In response to inquiries from MSNewsshe confirmed that she began her fitness journey in 2015 or 2016.
Despite her hectic schedule, she trains about five times a week, so her current figure is thanks to a lot of hard work.
The 25-year-old, who prefers to go by ‘S’, said. MSNews She is a preschool teacher and has been teaching for almost 5 years.
Knowing how demanding a string of jobs can be, her ability to juggle her career and fitness aspirations becomes all the more inspiring.
It’s important to focus on your goals
When asked what initially inspired her fitness journey, S said: MSNews She was often teased for being the “least attractive” girl in her secondary school class.
However, her “bully” who eventually became her best friend, along with other close friends and polymates, later motivated her to start working on fitness.
What started as regular exercise turned into a lifestyle that required discipline as she committed to a training regimen she had adhered to for the past few years.
Having clear goals and seeing progress so far makes S want to keep working on himself, so S keeps going.
Once a novice, S advises others wanting to start their fitness journey, don’t be afraid to approach a trainer at the gym if you don’t know how to use the machines.
They can even share goals with their trainer.
Going to the gym with like-minded friends can also help. Because they will be a great support system for your fitness journey.
Reassuring all who might be hesitant, S says.
