Sheena Roy prides herself on her online training program, which also includes a DIY fat loss guide for those who can’t afford one-on-one coaching. Aside from her friends and family, she and her husband Alpha, who are also her fitness coaches, never train clients directly. Her husband and wife duo sold their successful fashion venture in 2017 to focus on fitness as her lifestyle and profession.
“Coaching clients online can be difficult at times, but I find it much more convenient in the long run because clients can send messages whenever they need to. Writing things down really helps me understand my clients and their needs,” she says.
Ekansh Taneja, 24, has a similar story. The world of online fitness has never existed. The pandemic, with all its limitations, has forced the trainers that power it to either evolve or be left behind, but even if all is “back to normal,” digital fitness is here to stay.

She creates simple yet precise slides on low-calorie drink and dessert options and gives relevant examples of why you should invest in your health. With 11 years of experience in the fitness industry, Nike Coach Kunal Rajput navigates the online and offline worlds with ease. He started training people at his father’s gym in Mumbai where he created the fitness exercise ‘Unlock’. In 2017, he developed his six-day fitness regimen, “The Movement,” which combines workout routines such as CrossFit, Calisthenics, Powerlifting and bodyweight training.
“Evolution is key. After completing engineering, I did a job I didn’t enjoy. I moved on to training people at my dad’s gym, and it made me happy,” he says. For , his following has been built through his first offline venture, word of mouth, and a partnership with Nike. As India’s only male Nike coach, he has created many popular workouts using an often overlooked piece of gym equipment, the kettlebell. Sheena prefers static posts to reels, using carousel posts or uploading multiple photos/slides in one post. She explores popular topics such as: Are low-fat snacks really low-fat? Are nutrition labels always transparent? Can drinking chai lead to weight gain? How much should I train per week? highlights a topic with Her posts are especially helpful for people taking their first steps towards fitness and a balanced diet.

Sheena, who has always been transparent about taking a break from social media for better mental health, does just that. .
