Sasha Exeter shows off her ‘amazing’ strength.

Over the weekend, the Canadian influencer took to Instagram to give her 158,000 followers a glimpse of her workout routine.

In a post, the 42-year-old shared a series of videos of back workouts led by trainer Valerie Ratelle. The mother of one, she showed off her toned back and arms while performing a series of exercises on the gym’s machines.

To work up a sweat, Exeter paired it with gray leggings and a matching sports bra.

“A reminder not to skip a day!” she began in the caption.

The influencer explained that “back training is difficult” because it’s not a part of the body you see on a daily basis.

“Most of us tend to focus on training visible muscles such as abs, shoulders and legs, and often neglect the muscles in our back. I understand that.

Exeter added that the workout was “all about form” and reminded fans of the importance of technique.

“I focus on range of motion to keep my shoulders off, my feet pushing, my chest up and my lats getting a lot of focus. It’s amazing how small technique changes can make a big difference.” That’s it,” she concluded.

In the comments, fans were obsessed with her muscles, calling them “goals.”

Yes, it’s all about focusing on squeezing your muscles,” a follower commented.

“Dumma, you’re looking for the best athletic body. Those arms are my go-to!” shared someone else.

“Back goal!” Added another one. “This is great!”

“You look so strong and super healthy. Wow!” wrote a fan.

While Exeter often works out at the gym, he’s also busy designing athletic wear.

Earlier this month, the influencer released its latest athleisure collection with Joe Fresh.

The inclusive capsules range in size from XS to 3X and are available both in stores and online.

Entitled “All The Right Moves,” the apparel line aims to help people feel good and move.

In a press release, Exeter said, “I wanted to give my audience a collection that they could walk in and out of the studio and easily transition into streetwear.” It was great to be able to offer such a high collection, these are the things I wear in my everyday life and I hope everyone loves them as much as I do.”
